This class is the perfect mix of both active and Restorative yoga.  Start the class with a fun and challenging yoga class focused on building strength with flexibility incorporating an updated understanding of mobility and flexibility and the importance of progressively loading.


Following the active yoga, the second half of the class is an experience of deep relaxation with Restorative yoga designed to reset the nervous system, improve sleep, and elicit a mental state of calm.


Leave the class feeling that you’ve challenged yourself and rejuvenated to feel totally refreshed!

All passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or extended beyond April 5, 2020. The 12-week All Class Passes are the best value and offer a 10% discount on workshops, special classes, and pre-registered class series and membership in a Private Facebook group.
