This therapeutic yoga and movement series is designed to help you increase mobility and strength through your low back and hips. Whether you suffer from hip or back pain or simply want to keep your body limber and healthy so that you continue to move well for years to come, this class is for you!


This class is suitable for any level of experience with yoga. Those new to yoga will enjoy the gentle warm up movements before the yoga postures and those with more experience with yoga or other movement modalities will take their awareness of their body to new levels through practices that are designed to bring our unconscious movement patterns (movement blind spots) into our awareness.


Leave the class each week feeling greater ease of movement through your low back and hips!

The 6-week pre-registered options are only valid for this Yoga for the Hips & Low Back class on the dates mentioned. The 10-Class Passes and the 12-Week All Class Passes are valid for this class and any of the other regular classes in the Jan 13 – April 5 schedule.
