Refund Policy

RePose Cancellation and Refund Policy – last updated January 19, 2019

This refund policy refers to the purchase or booking of RePose services.

 

All pre-registered non-private services (with the exception of the Yoga & Nature Camps) offered by Jennifer at RePose are fully refundable with cancellation 10 days or more before the start of the service. Between 10 days to 48 hours notice prior to the start of a service a 50% refund will apply to cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% credit only.  Once an event has started there can be no refunds or credits issued.

 

In Summary:

Cancellation made 10+ days before start: Full Refund

Cancellation made 48 hrs – 10 days before start: 50% Refund

Cancellation made less than 48 hrs. before start: 50% Credit

Cancellation made after the start: No Refund or Credit

 

Note that in the case of prenatal classes or services, special conditions may apply due to the circumstances of pregnancy. Please contact RePose directly for more information at Jennifer@reposelifestyle.com

 

Note that this Refund Policy does not apply for the Yoga & Nature Camps for kids.  For these camps there are no refunds available if you cancel your registration.

 

If RePose cancels an event due to low registration or unforeseen circumstances a full refund will apply.  If one class is cancelled in a series you will have the option of a pro-rated refund or credit or alternate class.

 

Private Appointments
For private appointments, no charges will be due if cancellations or scheduling changes are communicated by email or phone at least 24 hours before the appointment. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not provided at least 24 hours notice by phone or text, you will be required to pay the full cost for your appointment.
