Refund Policy

RePose Cancellation and Refund Policy – last updated August 15, 2019

This refund policy refers to the purchase or booking of RePose services.


Pre-registered multi-week class series and workshops are fully refundable with cancellation 10 days or more before the start of the service (in the case of multi-week classes the start of service is the first day of classes). Between 10 days to 48 hours notice prior to the start of a service a 50% refund will apply to cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% credit only.  No refunds or credits for same day cancellation or failure to show up on the day of the event or the first day of classes.


In Summary:

Cancellation made 10+ days before start: Full Refund

Cancellation made 10 days – 48 hrs before start: 50% Refund

Cancellation made less than 48 hrs. before start: No Refund, 50% Credit

Cancellation made same day or after the start: No Refund or Credit

Please note that this Refund Policy does not apply for the Yoga & Nature Camps for kids.  For these camps there are no refunds available if you cancel your registration.


For Seasonal Punch Passes and Memberships this Refund Policy does not apply.  These passes are non-refundable, cannot be transferred to another person or extended beyond the season/term they were purchased for.


If RePose cancels an event due to low registration or unforeseen circumstances a full refund will apply.  If one class is cancelled in a pre-registered series you will have the option of a pro-rated refund or credit or alternate class.


Private Appointments
For private appointments, no charges will be due if cancellations or scheduling changes are communicated by email or phone at least 24 hours before the appointment. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not provided at least 24 hours notice by phone or text, you will be required to pay the full cost for your appointment.
