After several years focusing exclusively on teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga and operating from the “Yellowknife Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga” Facebook page, I’ve expanded my services and have now incorporated all services under the RePose umbrella.

 

While expanding my services, my dedication to working with women as they prepare for pregnancy, birth and beyond remains my primary focus.

 

My wish is for more women to feel stronger, pain-free, and fantastic during pregnancy and to release fear and feel empowered, supported and confident for childbirth.

 

When there is emotional or physical trauma from childbirth, I want women to know that there are ways to heal.

 

It is also my desire for new mothers to be able to manage the challenges that come with discovering a new rhythm of life while remaining connected to their personal power and finding time for self-care.

I believe…

that calm, caring and compassionate mothers (and fathers) can change the world by peacefully parenting the next generation.

 

Finding balance and facing life’s daily struggles with resilience requires an adequate amount of self-care and honouring the individual ways in which we can recharge our batteries.

I offer several classes, workshops and retreats to support you wherever you are on your journey to become a mother.

 

My Fertility Movement & Yoga classes are designed to support both your physical and emotional well-being while trying to conceive.

 

The Prenatal Movement & Yoga classes help you to align and move well for pregnancy while learning techniques that build confidence for childbirth.

In the Postnatal Movement & Yoga classes you have the opportunity to meet other mamas and babies while finding time for self-care, releasing shoulder tension and safely regaining core strength.

 

For mamas with babies older than 6 months (and maybe even several years) there are the Mama Core Restore classes that provide a holistic approach to regaining your pelvic floor and core function.

My Restorative Yoga classes are open to everyone (not just mamas) and provide the time for deep relaxation that is helpful for insomnia, anxiety, stress, overwhelm, depression and finding our ability to be resilient in the midst of the chaos of life. These classes are beneficial for any parent!
